Play library organizes Halloween Costume Contest. The photo doesn’t have to be from this Halloween, any cute (or scary) and appropriate child in a costume will be great for the contest!
Deadline of this photo contest is 26.th of October 2009 (midnight).

There is no entrance fee for this photo contest. Submited photos must be made by contestants themselves. Only US reidents can participate. Only one photography may be uploaded.
